In Sierra Leone and Liberia, farmers are collecting honey, growing staple crops like rice and cassava, and passing on their knowledge to the next generation. At AMI, we’re providing the resources to help them.
Through our programming our Liberia beekeepers were able to collect 880 gallons of honey in 2025. In 2022, 55 acres were planted full of cassava, rice, and other vegetables in Sierra Leone and Liberia.
